Send no money now - You will be able to pay via PayPal or personal check once I connect with you after receiving your order request and story information.

Being a social worker, I well understand the importance of confidentiality and care. You will be treated with kindess and a non-judgmental ear, and all of your information will be kept strictly confidential. Your privacy is of the utmost importance and nothing about you, your story, or your personal information will ever be shared with anyone. This is my personal and professional guarantee.
What are the price ranges?
My personal goal is to make these items as affordable as possible, and my promise is that you will never see inflated prices. Your price is based on cost of the materials, my service and time devoted to you and your completely original design - a one-of-a-kind piece. With that in mind, I will provide you with a typical range for pieces so that you can have some idea. However, a simpler or smaller bracelet may easily fall below the range, while a very complex piece or one with higher priced gemstones may at times be higher. Prices will vary depending on types of stones used. Keep in mind these prices are for your personalized Special Order. Pieces from the Story Collection are priced differently since they are not specific to one person.

How soon can I expect my order?
Your bracelet will generally be completed within 4 weeks. Variables such as the availability of certain gemstones in my inventory, the nature or complexity of the piece, and number of orders will affect your completion time. You will be informed every step of the way - please have patience as this is a one-of-a-kind piece reflecting YOU! Earrings may have a shorter turnaround time, while necklaces could take a bit longer. Also, it is possible that sometimes the number of orders received will surpass this general timeframe. I assure you that I am the only one tending to your order. And, because that is true, I only accept a certain number of requests each month so that I can properly take care of each and every customer, giving you the undivided attention you deserve. There may be occasions when orders may need to be placed on a waiting list, but you would be informed of that at step one. NOTE: Any work for story bracelets going to recipients of a drawing or raffle will only begin AFTER existing orders are completed. If you are the winner of a bracelet, please be patient. Every bit of the same attention will be given to your piece when work can commence.
What if I'm not happy with my bracelet?
Oh no! Smiling Spirit guarantees your satisfaction, and works with you ahead of time to ensure that the vision will be something that is most appealing and meaningful to you. If, however, the finished commemorative bracelet is not to your liking - and I want to make sure that never happens! - I will work with you until it's right.

What does "normal wear" mean?
Your Smiling Spirit Creation is a piece of fine jewelry. It is handmade, extremely durable, and made with the finest materials. That means that it should be cared for in the same manner. Normal wear, then, does NOT mean swimming, sleeping, spraying (chemicals, hairspray, etc), showering, soaping, strenuous activity, sports, scouring or any other thing that was not intended for a fine piece of jewelry. All of these things can and will have a detrimental affect on your precious gemstones.
